How To Reheat & Store Homemade Dark Chocolate

Because of the lower cocoa butter content, chocolate chips may not melt as well as baking bars. It’s also possible that there’s a little bit more consistency and sweetness in the final product. If you don’t already have unsweetened cocoa powder, you can substitute some sugar. It is possible that a little sugar will be added to increase the sweetness of the baking mix.
