The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars and not 5 is because its been 6 months since we ordered the stone and it still hasn't arrived. I get there are back ups but we have been twice to ask about it. And they say its coming and still nothing. It shouldn't have taken this long, I don't understand how others who where buried after my son already have their stones and he still doesn't.
I asked for 2 extra chairs she said she didn't have any and didn't attempt to try. A gentleman passed by, and saw we needed chairs and brought us the missing chairs. Her rudeness continued to the point that my sister had to pull her aside and speak to her. Unfortunately our bad experience didn't end there. She hesitantly agreed and took us to the plot.

We arrived 30 minutes late and she appeared, and did not greet us. We did not enter the funeral home at the same time and I asked her to wait a minute. She rudely said we have to wait for them now. I immediately told her they were coming in now. We entered her office, and she only had 4 chairs, and I had specifically told her we would be 6.

I buried my baby girl here in 2017 and then yesterday we buried my dad. Our experience here as been exceptional! Ludmila helped with everything for my dad and she made the preparation easy for my mom and the family.
